Healing effects between EX and Masu.super

I'm not sure if you guys are keen but here's a calculation I found on Chinese forum.
Tested and proven by them:

Emperor  
Heal Amount =  STA+  * （ 0.5  + IN/400）

Masu.super      
Heal Amount =  （STA + 4320 )  * (0.5 + IN /400）
