Official Level 180 opens in China today (server: X1 to X10)

Turns out that China (x1-x10) had implemented level 180 today at 26 Sept 2012. We should be getting level 180 patch really really soon. This is the official translated version (Translated by me) I expect this patch to be within October.

（1）All Buildings can upgrade to 180

（2）All heros to 180

（3）All Tech to 180

（4）Improved Country Tech 180

（5）Some 160 cities shall be converted into 180

（6）180 cities SM improved 

（7）All equipments to 180

（8）New Inherit books 160, 170

（9）Convey to 180

（10）New flag open at 180

开启条件：打过孙刘之盟。

开启条件：打过铁锁断江。

3、New Heroes：God Pang Tong、God Huang Gai、God Guan Yu、God Huang Zhong

God Pang Tong

Type：STA

士兵类型：凤雏幕僚

技能名称：凤凰涅槃

Skill：Cause Level 3 STA attack. Leave Fire attack to burn enemies. Can revive one time

God Huang Gai

Type：COM

士兵类型：江东死士

技能名称：视死如归

Skill：Cast a condition on him at the start of battles. COM attack gets stronger with lesser and lesser troops

God Guan Yu

Type：TCA

士兵类型：翻云骑

技能名称：青龙降世

Skill：Increase troops overall capability. Cause all enemies level 4 TCA attack

God Huang Zhong

Type：COM

士兵类型：破晓虎卫

技能名称：虎咆阳炎

Skill：Continuous hit enemy 2 times, each time will hit 2 targets with 100% hit. Causes level 4 COM ATK

Adjustments：

1、Reduce CD timing、Reduce Cut CD pricing 

2、降低了征收、征召义兵、英雄集结挑战、军阵免费鼓舞的冷却时间。

3、CD timing from level 161 to 180 remains unchanged

4、Improve heroes farming rate。（Include “God Zhang Fei”，“Xu Gan"，“God Guo Jian"，“Old Immortals”，“God Cao Ren"，“God Zhang He", "God Lu Su"。）
