Posting the toughest NPCs I faced in Sun Jian Bio for reference:
Guo Shi, this one use Ma Chao.

Ryan had Around 25k attack coz he was lvl 122 (with lower supertech).
Used com atk % 5, Force 5, attack 4, com def % 4, critical 4 & STD % 4 flags.
